TOP 5 SPRING COLOUR SWEATERS

Happy Weekend!! Spring is in full swing on my mind as it is our upcoming holiday, in case you saw it on Instagram stories this week.. However, the weather in Amsterdam is everything else but warm and sunny. So, I though of rounding up a selection of spring colour sweaters that can keep up the spring mood, at the same time still keeping us warm.

I have a few spring colour sweaters in particular I am seriously loving at the moment! Here are my top 5 favourites:

ACNE STUDIOS: The one I am wearing in the photos and actually wearing it on repeat these days. Mine is from Shopbop. I love the combination of subtle colours, the oversized silhouette and loose long sleeves. I wear it layered with this Alexander Wang white jersey top, also I found on Shopbop. A true statement piece!
ENGLISH FACTORY: The Off White colour will make you leave winter feeling behind for sure! The contrast banding is trending at the moment, same as the loose long sleeves styled with extended vents and tie closures at the cuff. This is a winner, also the price is very ‘friendly’! 😉
FREE PEOPLE: Stripes always gives us that ‘I-am-on-a-boat’ holiday feeling which we dream on all year long, right? This season the more colours stripes the best! Love the deconstructed look of this one, dropped shoulders and super long sleeves.
TOPSHOP: Normally I am not a big fun of pink.. but love this very soft shade and the twist wrapped front. A good one to play with different stylings!
ASOS: I keep being attracted by yellow pieces this season, even if I don’t own any yet.. Love how this one is colour block paired with grey. The ties add a feminine look to the man cut. Adorable one!

I love to shop for items that are perfect for an every day use like this Tommy Hilfiger stripy sweater. You can never go wrong with stripes and if you just add some fancy accessories to spice it up you are are going to give the right personality to your outfit.

It was the perfect casual cool ensemble to stroll around The Hague on last week sunny weekend! Blue stripy sweater, skinny ripped jeans and matching grey Onitsuka tiger created a comfy, yet stylish look.

Off duty looks are always my favourites and since the sun is still not strong in Holland (we still need a jacket most of the days) I paired my new Colmar jacket. It has the perfect biker jacket design but in a lightest material than regular leather. A match made in heaven for transitional weather!

In case you’d like to take this casual look into the evening, it’s possible and easy! The jewellery already allows you to dress up the casual sweater. You just need to add sandals with heels or pointy pumps and knot the jacket around your waist (it’s very cool at the moment) and you are ready for an aperitivo in a cool bar in the city!

From fashionable camel to dusky pink.. this colour combo makes for a spring pick-a-boo during grey December days.

While you’ve already seen the Maje jumper, the coat is a new entry! The most beloved piece of my winter wardrobe and very first tailor made coat by my very special designer friend Pia, all the way from Copenhagen! I adore walking the streets of London wearing something so exclusive!

There is nothing as powerful as a colour palette of red, blues and whites to light up this grey Sunday in London. The contrast of stripes and a bandana scarf gives the outfit that hippie touch to finish up this cocktail of happy-go-lucky colours. Finally the lucky charm is recovered in the supersize symmetry of culottes with one of my most wanted flat forms of the moment.
